Boyd wins West Orange Chamber Hob Nob Straw Poll<br>

Scott Boyd, popular 'home town' resident of West Orange County, handily won the straw 
poll at the West Orange Chamber of Commerce Hob Nob held last Thursday, July 31, 2008 in 
Winter Garden.  With almost 500 people voting in this 3 way race, Boyd won with 39% of 
the vote.  Boyd said that he was pleased and humbled by the outpouring of support and 
noted that his campaign made every effort to assure that this vote was a true 
representation of sentiment in West Orange County.
